At Sign Designs Pro, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom signage, printing, and design services. Because many of our products are made to order, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

βœ… Custom & Personalized Products

Most of our products are custom-made based on your approved design, specifications, and measurements.

For this reason:

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

  • This includes (but is not limited to):

    • Custom signs

    • Vehicle graphics

    • Banners

    • Printed materials

    • Decals

    • Branded items

    • Specialty graphics

Once a design is approved and production starts, the order is considered final.

βœ… Design Approval Responsibility

Before production, customers are provided with a digital proof when applicable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Review spelling, sizing, colors, and layout

  • Confirm accuracy

  • Provide final approval

Sign Designs Pro is not responsible for errors that were approved in the final proof.

Approved designs cannot be refunded due to oversight.

βœ… Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect due to our error

Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description

If approved, we will:

  • Repair

  • Replace

  • Or reprint the item at no additional cost

This is our primary remedy for qualifying issues.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made products

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Products improperly installed or handled

  • Normal wear and tear

βœ… Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

If production has already started:

  • Cancellation is not possible

  • No refund will be issued

Design fees, setup fees, and consultation fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

βœ… Refund Processing (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing

  • Additional time depending on your bank or card issuer

βœ… Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
